What is Galvannealed Steel? | ||||||||||||||||
Galvannealed Steel is produced when cold-rolled steel is made to undergo a continuous annealing process through a hot-dipping procedure and thereafter coated with zinc-iron alloy. Although there are other hot-dipped Galvanized Steel (GI or GP) products manufactured according to JIS G3302 standards, these products vary in terms of appearance and facility for manufacturing. |
||||||||||||||||
There are two types of hot-dip zinc-iron coat layer measures employed; that is, the 45g/45 g/m² coat and the 60g/60 g/m² coat. |
